Scholarship Opportunities – West Virginia & Ohio
CFOV has transitioned most scholarships to an online, common application format. This process supports an easier and more efficient application experience. Create an account, complete the initial application and then provide any supplemental materials for the opportunities for which you qualify. Do note, however, that some opportunities will still use a paper application and those instructions are provided within the corresponding listing.
CLICK HERE FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP PLATFORM
You can create an account OR visit your dashboard if a previous user at anytime,
but application access aligns with associated open/close periods.
Some helpful hints:
Applicants using the platform for the first time must create an account in the platform to start the initial application.
The 2023 application process opens January 1 and closes February 22 at 5:00 p.m. – the process will not be active until January 1.
Students who have received multi-year scholarships will access a verification process that is housed within the online platform OR already part of their existing applicant/recipient dashboard.
Students who have received support from a fund and have the opportunity to apply again will complete the universal application for that year.
Remember, not all CFOV scholarships are housed in the platform. Be sure to download the paper applications or follow noted instructions for those.
