Mission Statement

The mission of the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley, Inc. is:

To increase a permanent endowment that can respond to the current and future needs of the Upper Ohio Valley.

We accomplish this mission via several ways:

• We work with donors and their financial advisors to provide a flexible, efficient and lasting way for them to benefit their community.
• We are a faithful steward and prudent manager of philanthropic assets.
• We initiate responses that focus on the needs within our community.
• We make grants that will have a significant impact upon the recipients.
