CHEVRON AND COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ACCEPTING GRANT APPLICATIONS
Wheeling, W.Va. – Chevron and the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley (CFOV) are currently accepting applications for grants for the Chevron Community Fund, a strategic grant-making program funded by Chevron and administered by CFOV.
The Chevron Community Fund was created by Chevron to direct philanthropic resources to the needs of the communities where the company conducts business. Nonprofit organizations in or serving Marshall County, WV may apply. Funding is focused on, but not limited to the following areas: basic human needs, STEM education, and workforce development. Applications are accepted through April 22, 2016. Applications will be vetted by CFOV prior to being forwarded to Chevron for their grant recommendations. Contact the Community Foundation with any questions at 304-242-3144.
