Smith-Goshen Rice Enrichment Fund

The Smith-Goshen Rice Enrichment Fund was created in 2013 by a group of landowners along with Rice Energy in Belmont County, Ohio.

Grants are made from the SGREF to nonprofit organizations based in or serving Belmont County. All potential grantees must complete a grant application and submit it, along with the required attachments, via our online grant application process.

The Smith-Goshen Rice Enrichment Fund will not fund salaries, fundraising events, scholarships or projects that have already been completed (debt reduction).

Applications will be accepted from November 3, 2017 through December 15, 2017. Applications will be vetted by CFOV and will be forwarded to the Smith-Goshen Rice Enrichment Fund advisory committee for determinations.
