Grants One of the most important features of a community foundation is the money it is able to help distribute or direct back to the community each year and over time. In our most recent fiscal year (June 1, 2005 - May 31, 2006), the funds of the Community Foundation returned $1.12 million dollars to the non-profit community in the Upper Ohio Valley, from Middlebourne, WV in the southern end of our service area through Follansbee, WV in the northern end, and everywhere in between.Information you need to review our grantmaking activities can be found in this section.
