Community Leadership Community Leadership is a key component of the mission of any community foundation. Our constituency expects us to be an expert on the non-profit environment in the community we serve. Local residents and non-profit organizations should feel comfortable turning to the Community Foundation for advice on local philanthropy, ongoing projects, and emerging needs.The Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley and Wheeling Jesuit University have announced a partnership that will offer grantseeking and administrative resources to regional non-profits to support current operations or expand services. In conjunction with the Foundation Center, Washington, D.C., the Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley and Wheeling Jesuit University Foundation Center will be located in the Bishop Hodges Library, located on the University Campus.
