The Community Foundation for the Ohio Valley is pleased to announce a new grant opportunity made possible by the Harry E. and Olive T. Barth Charitable Trust. The Barth Charitable Trust, administered by Wesbanco Bank, Inc., seeks to make grants for use by non-profit organizations in West Virginia with preference, though not exclusively, to those organizations from the City of Sistersville, West Virginia and Tyler County, West Virginia areas that seek program support within stated Trust guidelines. Civic and governmental entities may also be considered.
There is no specific funding priority and the minimum grant request is recommended to be $5,000.
Applications will be reviewed by an Advisory Committee, comprised of community stakeholders and trust advisors.
The inaugural Barth Charitable Trust grant cycle is currently open and will conclude September 23.
